The Rochester Community Youth Basketball Association (RCYBA) is always looking for new officials. While becoming an RAOA member is not a complicated process, it does take time, and there are a number of things you need to do. Your first step is to fill out this application to become a new RCYBA basketball official. Fill in as much information as possible. Once your submission is received, someone from RAOA will respond via email usually within a few days. ​
