ALL refunds must be requested by filling out the "2024-2 Refund Request Form" and will have an administration fee deducted from the refund amount.

There is a administration fee charged to ALL refunds (fees deducted from SportEngine will not be refunded):

• TRAVEL program: $15.00 Administration fee
• LEAGUE program: $7.00 Administration fee
• 2nd Grade Program: $4.00 Administration fee
• DEVELOPMENT Program: $2.00 Administration fee

No refunds will be issued after:

• September 12, 2023 for TRAVEL players (minus a $15.00 Administration fee)
• September 23, 2023 for LEAGUE players (minus a $7.00 Administration fee)
• September 23, 2023 for 2nd GRADE players (minus a $4.00 Administration fee)
• October 28, 2023 for DEVELOPMENT Program (minus a $2.00 Administration fee)

Please note RCYBA will not refund the SportsEngine fee charged at registration.

** Exceptions may be granted on a case by case basis based on RCYBA Board approval minus administrative fees and expenses.

** Other Exceptions: If your child registered to participate in the full travel program and did not make a travel team A credit for the difference in registration cost will be give if your child was placed on a league team.
