Registration:
Opens the middle of July to the beginning of August.
Registration Fees:
- Registration fees are used to offset the costs of; facility rental charges (games, practices, clinics), officials, table workers, equipment and tournament fees for traveling teams. There are also administrative costs incurred to operate the program such as; insurance, tax preparation/accounting and clerical tasks.
- Our volunteer board (a mix of volunteers from JM, Mayo and Century), coaches, and many other volunteers help keep our costs to a minimum and we strive to keep fees from increasing year over year.
- Scholarships are available to those on Rochester School District free and reduced lunch program.
Refund Policy:
- All refunds must be requested by through the "Refund Request Form".
- An administration fee deducted from the refund amount.
- No refunds will be issued after the posted dates on the Registration page. These dates will change each year.
- Exceptions may be granted on a case by case basis based on RCYBA Board approval minus administrative fees and expenses.
